Partial and full truck load transportation

In ensuring partial or full truck load transportation, the forwarder, based on the consigner’s conditions, i.e., time and place of loading, weight, volume, dimensions and place of unloading, has to select an appropriate transportation means and provide the transportation. The outcome of these activities is quick, efficient transportation at a favourable price.

International road transport involves activities aimed at transportation with the starting point and destination point in the territories of two different states. This type of transportation is performed in accordance with the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR). Pursuant to the CMR convention, the fact that a contract for the carriage of goods has been concluded is documented by the international consignment note. The carrier is liable for partial or complete loss of the consignment and for damage to the consignment up to the moment when the consignment has been handed over to the consignee.
